Covert Surveillance
Situation
A well-known property development company were concerned when their primary building contractor for a large site in north London went into liquidation.
They were worried that the contractors would attempt to reclaim materials on-site to recoup financial losses.
They were not authorised to deploy overt security guards on the site until contractual agreements were sorted out.
Solution
We deployed covert surveillance operatives around the development site for 10 days to monitor the site’s ingress and egress routes. We were able to provide live reporting to the client through the surveillance period to provide them with good situational awareness.
When lorries arrived to remove materials, we deployed covert security guards onto the site at short notice, secured the egress routes, and prevented the removal of materials of substantial value.
